My role model is not one person in particular, but a number of people. When I reflect on those I admire and look up to as a role model, e.g., Martin Luther, George Washington, Oprah, Judge Judy, etc., they are all people who are frank about their perspective on issues. It doesn't matter that they may be in a minority, they are more uncomfortable taking easy street and emulating the populace and the prevailing thoughts on issues. Having the strength to be yourself is liberating, invigorating and inspirational to others; even the ones who borrow the voices of others.
